It all started in 2001 when Monaco Motor Coach Corporation encouraged the formation of the Monaco America owners club.
Monaco America is an international club for the owners of any brand of motorhome or towable RV. We are a chapter of the Family Recreational Vehicle Association (www.FRVA.COM ). The purpose of Monaco America is to promote social, recreational and informational activities that enhance the enjoyment of owning and travelling in an RV.
- All FRVA members are invited to join Monaco America.
- You do not need to own a Monaco RV to join our club or attend our rallies.
- Motorhomes and towable RVs of any brand are welcome.
We welcome all types and brands of RVs to join us at a rally. Again, you do not need to join the Monaco America club to attend a rally. Everyone with a motorhome or towable RV is welcome. There is no need to leave your friends behind to attend our rallies; bring them along. We welcome all RVers at our rallies.
Our Philosophy
1. Your enjoyment is our number one concern. The purpose of Monaco America is to have FUN at a rally of RV enthusiasts. We hold two rallies each year which are skillfully planned for the pleasure, enjoyment and education of our very diverse membership. Many of the varied seminars at the rallies are presented by highly qualified Monaco America members.
2. We choose comfortable rally sites. We strive to hold rallies where full hookups are available for everyone. Because our membership spans the US from coast to coast, we try to locate our rallies between the Rockies and the Allegheny Mountains to minimize travel time for all. We try to select locations with large sites for easy parking.
3. Who doesn't like good food? We normally provide continental breakfast and cater three dinners at each rally. On the evening before a rally starts we have a potluck dinner where members bring a dish to share. This is a great time to meet and greet and kick off the rally to a good start.
4. We support local communities. The Monaco America Ladies Tea is an event at each rally where good food and goodwill come together. The ladies choose a charity in the local community near each rally site to support with contributions of needed products and money. This selfless act reflects our Monaco America philosophy of giving back to the community.
